*Terms of Offer. You, and your spouse if married, must attend a 90-minute Exploria Resorts timeshare sales presentation. Please read our Terms and Conditions to see if you meet the minimum eligibility requirements. Package pricing varies depending on dates and availability.

Terms and Conditions: $99 midweek and non holiday arrival (Sun-Thu) pricing. $159 weekend arrivals (Fri-Sat). $199 Holiday arrivals. Promotion Eligibility:   

1.Must be at least 30 years of age.

2.Must have a minimum annual household income of $70,000.

3.Qualified Tours must agree to attend a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation. Must be married or in a domestic partnership, both spouses or partners must attend the sales presentation together. 

4.Prospect may not already be an owner of a vacation ownership interest with Exploria Resorts.

5.No group travels. 

6.All Prospects must agree to undergo a soft credit screening. 

7.All persons must have a valid State issued ID (Driver’s License) with matching address and major credit card (cards with the word “Debit” on them are not accepted) Must be a US resident.

8.Must not have attended a timeshare sales presentation at any Exploria Resorts Property within the past 12 months.

9.No person may have an open bankruptcy.

10.All persons must stay at least one night in a hotel, motel, vacation condo, or vacation home prior to touring. Campers, recreational vehicles, tour buses, and semi-trucks are not allowed.

11.Employees or family members or agents of Contractor or Company or their respective parent and affiliated companies are not permitted to attend a Tour.

12.Prospects living within a 50-mile radius of the sponsoring Property do not qualify to participate in this offer but may qualify to participate in an offer at an alternative resort destination.

Security: A $250 security hold will BE placed on a credit card upon check-in; assuming no damages or charges are incurred, the hold will be released in 7-10 business days or as determined by the credit card issuer.

Rescheduling: No refunds will be provided. Arrival dates may be rescheduled. A $50 fee will apply. No changes will be permitted within 72 hours of arrival date.

Restrictions and Limitations: Failure to comply with the Rescheduling policy, attend the timeshare sales presentation or meet the Eligibility Requirements will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. Multiple families or couples are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. No pets allowed. This package cannot be combined with any other Club Exploria offer and is non-transferable. Reservations are subject to availability.
